Today I have a card I made using Stampin Up’s Hostess stamp set called I Like You. I also used our Stampin Up Markers like I would with alcohol markers. The colors I used are Blackberry Bliss, Mossy Meadow and Hello Honey. I stamped out the image on 140lb Strathmore watercolor paper using Stazon jet black. I cut the watercolor paper using the Stampin Up’s Top Note die and distressed the edges using Wild honey distressed ink.

Today I’m sharing this card I made for the Gertadesigns Challenge. This was a digital image a purchased through their website and it was on sale too. They gave some super cute images and I purchased several of them which you’ll be seeing later in this week. The challenge was to create a card using this image. I colored this image using Intense pencils and made a background of what looks to be a bunch of trees stamp that I made using some left over rubber pieces. I made the ground using some distress inks and tore the edges to make like a ground since I’ve been using the lawn fawn’s stitched hillside border way too much lately. Today I made a card using both Lawn Fawn and Stampin Up stamps. I did a Reflection technique with acetate to create this ice so the penguin is ice skating. I stamped the word Merry from Stampin Up’s Seasonally scattered with Versamark and embossed it with white embossing powder and distressed both top and bottoms using post it notes to create a winter look. Today I’m sharing a card I made using Lawn Fawn’s Yeti Set Go stamp set. I have 2 versions here and hopefully I didn’t share this with you guys yet. I’m getting confused what I shared and not shared since there’s so many sites to keep up with. I love love this stamp set, it’s so super cute. This is one of the many I watercolored since I’m in a watercolor craze right now. I stamped him out with versamark and embossed it with black embossing powder and I watercolored him using Prismacolor watercolored pencils. I cut out the hills using my New Found favorite die from Lawn Fawn, Stitched Hillside die and distressed it to make it look like winter. I also stamped the trees in this stamp set and watercolored it and put Marvy Uchidas white liquid appliqué to make it puff up like snow. Today I’m sharing another Halloween Card, featuring Lawn Fawn’s Critters in costume. I posted this on my Youtubd channel Friday but I forgot to post it on my blog. I’ve been obsessed with Watercoloring lately so I’ve been Watercoloring everything. This being one of them. I stamped out the critters from the stamp set with versamark and embossed it with Stampin Ups black embossing powder onto Strathmore 90lb watercolor paper. The embossing keeps the colors inside of the line so it’s a little easier to color. I also used the Lawn Fawn’s Stitched hillside border dies for my ground. I’ve been using thus a lot!!

Today I’m sharing this card I made for the MFT’s Wednesday Sketch challenge. I’ve been addicted to participating several challenges from several different company’s. You’ll be seeing more of those. I embossed a Early Expresso with a Woodgrain embossing folder and I die cut a hole using Stampin Up’s Starburst framelits. For the Stamp set, I used the Lawn Fawn Monster Mash which I’m loving at the moment. I watercolored them using watercolor pencils. I’ve been also addicted to Watercoloring as well. I made a scene in the hole I created and attached the monsters I’d already colored with some foam adhesive. I used the sentiment from the same stamp set and embossed with versamark on black piece of paper with Stampin up’s white embossing powder. I punched holes on both ends and put black bakers twine to attach the sentiment. Pretty easy card. If you’d like to see a tutorial for this, please check out my YouTube channel.
