Aloha Guys!
It feels like FOREVER since I posted anything, Yikes! Today I just wanted to share my First junk journal I made using the 6×9 Clasp envelope. It’s definitely not perfect and I didn’t stitch it to the spine so the spine looks like it’s going to tear shortly. I didn’t reinforce my spine either, lol.
If you’ve been following me, you may know that I am currently bed ridden for over a month and I’m still stuck in bed for at least another month. I had to go to the ER several days ago and ran some tests and the tests results were good so I’m really thankful for that. I apologize to me new subbies as well as my current, since I’m unable to film any tutorials 😦 I’ve had A LOT of time on my hands and I’ve been watching MANY Youtube videos. I’ve watched so many, that I’m running out of things to watch, lol. I ran across Junk Journals and I really like the idea so I’ve been trying to collect some vintage goodies 😉 To my surprise, those items are not cheap lol. I’ve spent easily over $200 and I really don’t have many stuff to show for, yikes!! LOL I guess it’s something you collect over time. If you have Dollar stores and discount stores near you, you can get the envelopes and other supplies cheaper. I don’t have one here in Hawaii, so I ordered most of the things online like I normally do 😉
I’ve purchased several digital kits and this was one of them from Etsy. I’ll leave the link below for this kit 🙂 I’ve been coffee dying everything, lol. It’s quite fun and time consuming!! Since I can only sit up for so long, it takes forever to make anything!! I’m just trying to do little here and there so I don’t loose my mind!!

That’s so pretty! I have yet to try making one with large envelope, I keep hoarding the ones I come across to try it sometime! I’ll stalk you on your other pages, facebook etc, 😀 I love to see as much of other’s artwork, it relieves my stress etc, especially on days I’m unable to create more artwork myself!

Dear Joyce, just wondering how you are doing. Haven’t seen anything from you in awhile and I’ve thought about you from time to time and wondered how you’re doing. I was offline for awhile while we had some major repairs done to our house – we had to move out for several weeks – packed up the whole house and then unpacked – but I’m back now. Hope you’re okay.
