Today I wanted to share another way to make a flat shaker card, just like how people are using the Fuse tool. If you don’t have a Fuse tool, you can try this method. I decided to use a Ziplock bag instead of the fuse. It’s still Flat, which I like very much. It’s easy to mail, when the card is flat. That’s the reason why I like making flat shakers. I mail out a lot of Holiday cards, so this is simple enough to mass produce if you wanted to, which I plan to. I’m using the Gerda Steiner Designs, Peeking Friends stamp set. This stamp set is perfect, for shaker cards or tucking them behind an object, behind a window…There’s so many possibilities with this stamp set. I know i’ll be using this set a lot this holiday season. All the card stocks I used on this card, can be four at PaperTempress and I’ll leave the links below for all the supplies I used on this card. I hope you like this card and it gave you some ideas on making your own, easy shaker cards. I thank you guys so much for stopping by and please like, comment and subscribe. Thanks again!
Today I’m making a Clean and Simple card using this stamp set, Peekin Pumpkin Kitten along with the Happy Fall set. I won’t be showing the coloring portion of this pumpkin but I’ll definitely show it, next time I use this stamp set for Halloween. I just love the versatility of Gerda’s stamp sets. I will be creating my own background paper just by using some small stamps from the Happy Fall set. I hope you like this card and please subscribe and follow for more inspirations and ideas. Also check out Gerda’s blog, where you can see more inspirations from the Design team 🙂 Thanks again!
Today I’m making a card for Tupelo Designs LLC and I’ll be doing some simple watercoloring using the Peerless Watercolors. The stamp set that I used are these Stampendous Jumbo Hummingbird stamp set. I personally love their Jumbo stamp line because they are so fun to color. They are very large so you can experiment with all types of mediums, and have fun. Today I decided to emboss these birds using the Wow white pearl powder, which will give us this soft watercolor look. I used the Peerless watercolors today, and if you haven’t tried these watercolors, I recommend them very much. They come in paper form and it has a highly pigmented colors on them so they are very easy to work with. This is one of my favorite watercolor set. The colors are so rich and vibrant, they are absolutely gorgeous. If you have a hard time staying in the lines when you watercolor, try embossing the stamp first. This will make the embossed lines raise up, which will help you stay in the lines. I just love how these birds turned out, and I love the colorful look, these birds have. I hope you enjoyed this card and please check out the video for step by step instructions. I thank you guys so much for stopping by and all the supplies I used will be located below if you want to check that out. Please subscribe and follow for more inspirations and ideas. Thanks again.
Today I’m making this Shaker card using Gerda Steiner Designs Smart Cookie Digital Stamp set. I’ve made a Candy Lei and a Candy medal to pass out to my Daughter’s PreSchool friends for her Graduation ceremony which I filmed but it didn’t get record completely so I had to delete it all together so I wanted to make something to show off this Super cute image.
I haven’t made a Shaker card in a while so I decided to make it today using this image. As you can see up above, I do have a Full video tutorial on how I made this shaker card. I decided to make a really simple card since I had only little bit of time to make this since my daughter is home for her break. I colored this image using my Shihan touch brush markers and I stamped out a sentiment from a Fiskars Graduation stamp set and a Graduation cap as well. I’ve left the link below for this image if you’re interested and I thank you guys so much for stopping by. Please subscribe and follow for more inspirations and ideas. Thanks so much.

Today I made a card for Paper Smooches January Designer Search and the Sparks Challenge. I used Freezy Fellas stamp set and I also cut using MFT Die namics square grid cover up for my window panel for my card. I also cut snow banks out of Lawn Fawns Stitched hillside border die in various sizes. I cut a Designer Series paper from Stampin Up and a Vellum the same side as the square grid panel. I colored 3 snow mans using Copic Markers. I used the Tim Holtz tumble glass distress ink pad to give the snow banks some color. I first attached the snow banks to the Window panel to make things a little easier for me. I put the larger snow man out of the 3 in front of the window and put the other 2 behind the window to make it look like they are peeking in. After that I attached the Vellem to the back of this window with the snow banks. I then used a pencil to trace where the largest snow banks are going to be and put Foam adhesive all around the window and put foam adhesive along the top of the largest snowbank. This panel with be the front portion of my Semi-Shaker card. I say Semi because I used the washi tape to seal up all 4 sides of the window. I wanted to use vellum instead of the acetate because I wanted more of a muted background. I put some different sizes of sequins on the design paper and placed the window panel down and taped all 4 sides with the wash tape. I put the large snowman in front of the card using some foam adhesive and I stamped out the sentiment No Peeking with Stampin Up stamp with 2 different colors and punch it out using the Sampin Up’s Large scalloped die. I put foam adhesive on the sentiment and placed it on the top right hand corner. I have a Full tutorial on how I made this card on my Youtube Channel which I’ll be posting shortly if you’d like to check that out. I want to thank you guys for visiting and please subscribe for more inspirations and ideas. Much Mahalos

Today I’m bring you another Shaker card using the Gerda Steiner Designs Dog on a Scooter digital stamp. I am SUPER EXCITED to tell you guys that I am on the Gerda Steiner Designs Deaign Team!!! YAY😁 I am Super Excited and Honored that she invited me to join her Awsome Team!! WooHoo!! I made this card last week, even before joining her team because I just adore her super cute images. I used this Dog because he was super cute riding his little scooter with his safety helmet and I decided to make a scenic background as a shaker part of my card. I cut out a Polaroid part using MFT’s stitched Square die. I colored the dog using my Shinhan touch alcohol makers. I made the scene by cutting out the tree border die from Lawn Fawn with the green textured paper and used the Mama Elephant’s landscape trio die to cut the cloud looking die. I used that as my stencil to put some color for the sky. I have a full tutorial for this card on my YouTube channel if you’d like to check that out. Also check out all the cute images that Gerda has on her website which I’ll put a link below. Thank you so much for visiting and please subscribe for more inspirations and ideas. Much Mahalo
Today I just wanted to share with you this card I made using the Hero Arts Stamp set. It’s a phone so I put my sentiment on the inside to make it look like a text. This is a perfect image to make it into a shaker card. I loved how it came out. I made this card some time ago and I’m not sure if I posted this or not so I decide to post it. The background stamp is Stampin Ups Dictionary stamp, that I use often since it’s so versatile. I hope you like this card and please subscribe for more inspiration and ideas! Much Mahalo.
