Today I’m coloring some pumpkins. I am using Gerda Steiner Designs Digital Images as well as Happy Fall Clear stamp set. The pumpkins came from the Halloween cats and more and I also printed the hedgehog with pumpkin. I resized the pumpkins in 3 different sizes before I printed them out. That’s the cool thing about digital stamps, you can resize them to fit your needs. I wanted to create a fall theme so I’m using some textured Ivory card stock and stamped a background using the Impressions and Obsessions with Kalaidacolor ink pads. I really like the way the background turned out. I colored the pumpkin, using my Shinhan Touch twin markers. I like my pumpkins brownish orange, I think it makes the pumpkins really pop. I hope you guys enjoyed this and please subscribe and follow for more inspirations and ideas. Thanks again 🙂
Today I have 2 cards for you, using the new Hippo in Disguise stamp set from Gerda Steiner Designs. I absolutely adore this Hippo, he’s super cute. I colored him in many different mediums, which I show in the video. I wasn’t planning on making 2 cards but it just came together. The first one is colored with Copic markers on Cryogen White card stock from PaperTemptress. I’ve used this card stock before, showing how nicely the marker blends. If feels like the marker glides on top of the paper, making blending really easy. It also has a slight shimmer, which is nice also. If you have a hard time blending with Copic markers, you should definitely try these out. It makes blending a whole lot easier.
This stamp set is really awesome because you can dress up the Hippo in different ways, which I think it’s super fun. He can be a Super Hippo or a Vampire Hippo. I’ve made both and I colored using Spectrum markers, Prismacolor pencils, Watercolor…I wanted to show you different options for coloring incase you didn’t have Copic markers.
The card stock I placed behind the Hippos are Eggplant Feltweave and Lambwood Feltweave. These card stocks are very heavy weight and has a really nice texture to it. I love these colors too, they go great together. I’m also using the 110lb Neenah card stock as my base. You can find them at Papertemptress, as well as Tupelo Designs LLC. I recently got some more in bulk, because I ran out. I enjoy using this Heavy weight card stock.
The second card was watercolored, using my Akashiya watercolor markers. I really love how this turned out. I found this panel, which was made from Brusho’s when I was playing with them the other day and it seemed like the perfect background for the Watercolored hippo. I don’t show the watercoloring portion but let me know if you guys like to see me use the Akashiya markers again. I hope you liked these cards and let me know in the comment, which one you like better. All the supplies I used will be listed below if you were interested in any of the items. Thank you so much for stopping by and please subscribe and follow for more inspirations and ideas. Thanks again 🙂
Today I’m doing some paper piecing using the Gerda Steiner Designs Monster Fun stamp set. I just adore these monsters, so I had to use them again. Instead of coloring them, I’ll be doing some paper piecing. I’m sure we all have tons of scraps left over from projects so this a perfect way to use up some of those scraps of paper. I stamped out multiple images on multiple pattern paper and fussy cut all of them out. I chose 3 monsters for my card and attached them to circles, also backed with some scraps of paper. I still have many monsters left over from this card which I can use on another project. I have a full tutorial for this card above if you are interested. I want to thank you guys so much for stopping by and please hit the subscribe and follow button for more inspirations and ideas. Thanks again
Today I’m making a card using the Brand New Release of Gerda Steiner Designs Monster Party, Now Available for purchase in Gerda Steiner Designs Store. I’m also using some of the Paper Temptress Card stocks, couple of my Favorite Vellum that the store carries. I’ll have all the links to the supplies I used in the descriptions below.
I absolutely Love this new stamp set, it has the most cutest Monsters ever, which I’m sure you’ll agree. I fell in love with this stamp set as soon as I saw them and I could not wait to start playing with them. This week was not a good week for me, I am sick and I still am but I could not resist the temptation to make something with this so I made something very clean and simple. I went ahead and used some of my Favorite vellums from Paper Temptress as well as her Crystal Mica Metallic card stocks. I personally Love Vellum and I have a hard time finding patterned vellum so I’ll continue to use these vellums, until I use them all up, lol. These vellums are not your ordinary vellum. They are textured but it’s also a Heavy duty vellum so your adhesive doesn’t even show up, unlike your ordinary vellum. I LOVE them ❤
I cut 2 of the vellum piece, with a MFT’s stitched bubble die and stamped out the sentiment that says, Do I smell Cake? I curved the sentiment slightly, so that it’ll line up with the thought bubble. I also stamped out the monster using MFT’s Hybrid black licorice ink on some Neenah solar white card stock. I colored the monster with my Shinhan Touch Twin Alcohol markers and attached it onto some Crystal Mica Metallic card stock from Paper Temptress. I hope you like this card and please check out the video for a full step by step tutorial. I thank you guys so much for stopping by and please subscribe and follow for more inspirations and ideas. Also, check out both Gerda Steiner Designs Blog as well as the Paper Temptress Blog for more inspirations from the Design Team. I’ll leave the links below. Thanks again
Aloha Guys! Today I’m introducing the Brand New stamp from Gerda Steiner Designs. This is such a cute stamp set with many adorable Squirrel images, you can use for all different occasions. I love the fact that Gerda always adds these adorable small stamps so that you can create a scenery if you’d like. For my card today, I’m using this squirrel hanging upside down on a tree. I think he’s super cute and I stamped him out onto Neenah solar white card stock and cut the circle using MFT’s stitched circle die. I stamped him out using the MFT’s Hybrid licorice black ink and colored using my Shinhantouch Twin Markers. For a full step by step on how I made this card, please watch the video up above. This stamp will be Available for purchase on August 12th. Please also visit the Gerda Steiner Designs Blog for all other designs made by the Design Team. Today i’m making a card using these adorable stamps from Virginia Turtle stamps. This is a small husband and wife company and they have the most cutest stamps ever. I’m using these sushi rolls today and I’m coloring them using the Chameleon markers. Chameleon markers are unlike any other alcohol markers so I really wanted to try them out and I had an opportunity to try out these 5 set of markers. They have 20 colors in all but each marker has it’s own mixing chamber what can infuse the markers so you can get multiple tones with just one marker. After playing around with these for a while, I wanted to make a card and this stamp set was a perfect stamp set to try out these markers. I colored each of the sushi rolls in all 5 colors and i hope you can see how these markers work. I personally like these markers and I think it’s a very unique design. I had a lot of fun making this card so I hope you enjoyed it. Please subscribe and follow for more inspirations and ideas. Thanks again. For all the supplies I used on this card can be found in the description below. Thanks again
Today I’m super excited to play with this stamp from Your Next Stamp. This stamp set is called Quirky Animal Set Five and it has this adorable dancing butterfly along with this sentiment that says “You make me do the Happy Dance!” How cute is that. I Love this sentiment so I wanted to use it with the butterfly. These are actually my First set of stamps from them and they are super high quality photopolymer stamps and they have really unique whimsical designs. I have one more set of stamps to share with you real soon, which is just as adorable as this one. I had so much fun coloring the butterfly with Spectrum Noir Alcohol markers and I added some Music note die cut piece to embellish the card at the end. I hope you like this card and you can see the entire process in the video link above. I’ll leave all the links below for all the supplies I used on this card, if you want to check them out. Thank you so much and I hope to see you guys next time. Thanks again!

Today I’m making a card for Gerda Steiner Designs using the Heavy friends stamp set. I’ve used this set quite often because I just adore these critters but I never used the Rhinasorous yet so I’ll be using him today for my card. I cut out 5 frames using the MFT’s rectangle die and glued them all together to create a frame for my focal image. I then cut another, same size as the frame to create a scenery for my focal image. I used the Obsessions Impressions Clouds background stamp along with Tumble glass distress ink to create my scene. Then I stamped out the Rhinasorous in Momento Tuxedo black ink and colored him using my Copic markers. I put everything together to create this card. For a complete process of this card, please watch the video above. I’ll leave all the supplies I used for today’s card in the description below. I hope you enjoyed this card and please subscribe and follow for more inspirations and ideas, Thank you so much visiting and have a wonderful day 😀
Today I’m sharing with you guys this card I made using the Newton’s Nook Designs Newton’s Daydream Stamp set. Jen was generous enough to send me some goodies for me to play with so I’ll be featuring more of their stamps in weeks to come and I’m starting out with this stamp set first. This Newton’s Daydream stamp set is one of the Mini stamp sets they have available and they are very reasonably priced and super fun set to play with. I’ve used their stamps in my tutorials many times before and I just love the quality of their stamps. They are High quality Photopolymer stamps that gives real crisp stamping each and every time. Jen and he husband Jeff is the owner of Newton’s Nook and Jen is the Illustrator and the Designer of the stamps. Newton is their cat where she gets most of her inspirations from and also the company’s name as well. They have variety of stamps to choose from and I’m sure you’ll find one that interests you to play around with.
When I saw this stamp set where Newton is taking a nap, I knew right away that I wanted to create a summery scenery for him that reminds me of a warm summer afternoon. I’ve used a watercolor card stock because I wanted to do some watercoloring using the Akashiya Sai Brush markers so I stamped him out with Versafine Onxy black ink and used clear embossing powder to heat set it and started to color. I have a Full tutorial on how I made this card above if you want to see a step by step of how I created this card. I’ve also listed all the supplies I used for this card in the description below. I hope you enjoyed this video using this adorable Newton and I hope you head on over to their site to check out what other stamps they have available for sale. I thank you guys so much for stopping by and be sure to subscribe and follow for more inspirations and ideas. Thanks so much! Mahalo 🙂

Today I want to introduce to you a Brand New Stamp Set called Happy Spring which will be released on March 1! This is a really Great Quality Photopolymer stamp that has some spring elements which also can be used all year long. This is a builder stamp to create all shorts of scenery. There are many stamps that comes in this set, that I’m sure you’ll have tons of use for.
Today I created this simple card using the Bunny and the butterflies in the set. I stamped the bunny on top of some grass which is also available in this set and stamped 2 different type of butterflies all around the bunny. And since the bunny’s face is facing up in the air, I had to put s butterfly on his nose. Super cute!! I colored them using my Copic markers and attached all the pieces to my card base. I put clear wink is Stella on all the butterfly to give a sparkle that it needed. I do have a Full Tutorial on my YouTube on how I made this card as well as go over all the stamp set that’s included in this set so please check it out. Thank you so much for visiting and please subscribe for more inspirations and ideas. The supply list will be available on March 1 when the stamp set is released. Thank you so much and Mahalo
