I hope you enjoy this video and I thank you guys so much for your wonderful support, I really appreciate it!! Today I’m making a card for Tupelo Designs LLC and I’ll be sharing the Prima water-soluble oil pastels as well as the Hero Arts stamp set. I’ll be using the oil pastels as a watercolor medium and do some very loose watercoloring. These come in a pack of 24 and they are very reasonably priced, so it you’ve never played with these types of mediums, you can try them out. They are like crayons and you can use them in so many different ways and this is just one way to to use them. I hope you like this video and please hit the like and subscribe button, so you won’t miss another video. Holiday’s are approaching us very quickly, so soon I’ll start on some Holiday projects. I’m actually very late this year for some reason, lol. Please check out Tupelo Designs LLC for the supplies and the sales as well. Thanks again 🙂
Today I’m making a DT card for Tupelo Designs LLC. I’ll be using the new Altenew stamp set called Wild Hibiscus and I’ll be doing some Ink Smooshing using distress inks. I’ve been seeing many people do this smooching technique and I wanted to try it out myself. I also used the Ranger Liquid platinum embossing powder, I think it gives a real elegant look. I chose out 3 distress inks, Mustard seed, Picked Raspberry and Seedless Preserves and used a acetate to do the smooching. I really like this technique and I’m sure I’ll be doing this more often. I hope you guys enjoyed this and please watch the video for a full step by step. I thank you guys so much for stopping by and please subscribe and follow for more inspirations and ideas. Thanks so much 🙂
Today I’m playing around with these New Dylusions Paints that I received as a DT Package from Tupelo Designs LLC. They were generous enough to send me these as a DT package which I am super thankful for. I have been eyeing these out ever since it was released at CHA. This paint was demonstrated at CHA by Dyan Reaveley and according to her, they were super easy to use and Anyone can use these very easily which was right up my alley since I’m not too familiar with working with paints. As you guys know, I make a lot of cards and I use mostly translucent mediums to color my stamped images so the lines will show through so I don’t use many Opaque or Semi-opaque mediums. Paints are a little intimidating for me, it’s something I’mnot too familiar with. Lately though, I’ve been very intrigued with mixed media and Art journals and I have been collecting a lot of things for it but I’ve only done 1 Art journal, lol. It is kind of scary trying something new, especially on camera. So I was super excited about these paints since she made it look so easy to use. The colors are so vibrant and bright so it was super fun playing with them.
First thing I did was to swatch out my colors to see if the colors change after it dries and there was no change in the vibrancy of the color. I do these product focuses so that you guys can see how a product is hands on. When a new product launches in the market, I have lots of questions regarding the product. I personally want to see them used so that I can make a decision whether or not the product is for me. That is the reason why I do these product focuses. I did make a video using these paints in many different ways. Some things worked and some things didn’t, lol. Even though it may not be a perfect video, I still hope you guys enjoy them. I have a full supply list below if you think this paint is something you want to invest in. In my opinion, these paints were very easy to use, just as Dyan said they would be. The paint jar is really a good size and you definitely get a lot of paint in it. Thank you so much for visiting and Please subscribe and follow for more inspirations and ideas. Thanks so much, Mahalo
Today I’m sharing a card I made for Gerda Steiner Designs Brand New Clear Stamp set Playful Kitten. Aren’t these kitties sooo Adorable!! I love them so much so I couldn’t decide which ones to use first. I finally decided to use the kitty in the suitcase. I stamped it out on a SU’s Design paper and fussy cut it out. I stamped out another one on a Neenah solar white card stock so that I may color the kitty using my Copic Markers. I wanted this kitty to have a dark grey stripes so I used W9, W5, W3. After coloring the image I then fussy cut them out. For the suitcase, I added some color using the Vintage photo distress ink pad and added foam adhesive on it as well. I used another SU’s design paper and used the MFT’s fishtail die and adhered it to a brown card stock from my stash. I wanted this to look like a luggage tag and stamped a cute sentiment that says “Meow you doing” I embellished the metal on the suitcase using my Gold Sakura belly roll pen along with Ranger black enamel accents. I do have a Full tutorial on this card so go ahead and check it out. Also, all the links to the supplies I used will be will be located below for your convenience. Thank you so much for stopping by and I’ll see you guys next time. Thank you

Today I wanted to share with you guys this Haul form Joann.com. These were purchases I made a while back when they had 50% off on all their stamping supplies and additional 25% off. It was a pretty great deal that I just couldn’t pass up. I got all these supplies at a very low cost. Although it take around 3 weeks for the items to reach me, I guess some sales are worth waiting for.
They normally don’t carry Brand New products that just hit the market but I did find some great finds.
Check out the Video for more details on all the New Goodies I got. I think I’ll wait awhile to purchase more products since I have soooo many products to play with.
I thank you guys so much and i’ll catch you next time. Thanks
Today I made a card using Gerda Steiner Designs Brand New Clear Stamp Set called Heavy Friends. I’ve made a Birthday Invitation for my daughters Birthday party. I LOVE this stamp set. It has these adorable animals and it also has extra stamps to customize it to your needs. My favorite is this Elephant stamp that I used for this card. I love the fact that the elephant has his trunk raised up and you can add the water on top of his trunk or the heart, etc. There’s so many things you can so with this stamp set. I colored this image using my Stampin Up ink pad and Tim holts distress pad along with my finger dauber. Since I was making about 10 of these, I decided to color it fast using the ink pads. So even if you don’t have alcohol markers, color pencils or other mediums, you can still color your images using just your ink pads. I also stamped out this fun birthday sentiment from Stampin Up (Retired) that you can make an interactive card. It was made to use the spinning arrows, almost like a spinner. I thought that was a fun addition to this card and I placed it above the elephant to make it look like his trunk is pointing to it. I have a Full tutorial on how I made this card in the link below and I also have some supplies I used in the link below as well. Thank you so much for stopping by and please subscribe and follow for more inspirations and ideas. Thank you so much and Mahalo:0
I just did a Haul video about 2 days ago from Tupelo Designs LLC. I got so many goodies to play with I could not wait to dig in. First, I tested out the Spectrum Aqua Markers and I do have a Full Tutorial on my Youtube channel if you like to check it out. I was really curious about these markers. The markers come in sets just like their color pencils in color Family. I got the Primary’s to try it out. I blended with a water and a brush, as well as blending it with a Dove blender pen. For more information, please check out my video.
Since I had everything spread out as I was doing the Product focus video, I decided to make a quick card. I’m using the Altenew Hennah Elements as well as Label Love stamp set, which I LOVE
