Aloha Guys!

Today I’m making a card for Tupelo Designs LLC and I’ll be sharing the Prima water-soluble oil pastels as well as the Hero Arts stamp set.  I’ll be using the oil pastels as a watercolor medium and do some very loose watercoloring.  These come in a pack of 24 and they are very reasonably priced, so it you’ve never played with these types of mediums, you can try them out.  They are like crayons and you can use them in so many different ways and this is just one way to to use them.  I hope you like this video and please hit the like and subscribe button, so you won’t miss another video.  Holiday’s are approaching us very quickly, so soon I’ll start on some Holiday projects.  I’m actually very late this year for some reason, lol.  Please check out Tupelo Designs LLC for the supplies and the sales as well.  Thanks again 🙂

Aloha Guys!

Today I’m making a DT card for Tupelo Designs LLC and I’ll be using one of the New MFT stamps set I received in my DT Package.  I’ll also be using some Hero Arts Ombre inks for my flowers and if you have not played with these inks, you should definitely try, they are super fun.  The Ombre inks have 3 different shades that goes from light to dark all in one pad so as you can see on my video and from the pictures above, you can create a really fast card to create some unique looks.  I decided to use the Pink to red for my flowers, which gave the flowers some lighter shades as well as the dark all in just one stamping, which I thought was way cool.  I used the outlined image using the Hero Arts Black dye inks to give a distinct line for these flowers but you certainly can use a brighter red to give it more of a muted look.  I did the same for the leaves as well using the Mint to green ink pad.  You can see my Full process on how I made this card on the video up above.  I hope you like this card and video and please subscribe and follow for more inspirations and ideas.  I’ll leave all the supplies I used in this card in the information below.  I thank you guys so much for stopping by and I’ll see you guys next time.  Mahalo 🙂

Hero Arts Snow Globe Shaker Card

Aloha Guys!

Today I’m sharing another Christmas Shaker Card using the Hero Arts Christmas Raindeers stamp set. I love this raindeer so much, he’s so cute. I use him over and over every year. I can’t find this stamp set in stores so I’m not sure if it’s discontinued or not but I stamped and colored him using my Copic markers, I used the MFT’s stitched circle die to cut a circle in the center for my snow globe and also cut an acetate the same size as the card front to cover the circle for my shaker portion. I also cut 2 snow banks using the Lawn Fawns stitched hillside borders and covered a little bit of the bottom portion of the circle. For the center of the snow globe, I stamped the tree landscape using the Stampin Ups white Christmas stamp set to create the snow scene for my snow globe. I used foam adhesive all along the outer edges of the circle and fill it with some white iridescent and clear sequins and some silver chunky glitter. I put foam adhesive on the raindeer and the snow bank and attached it on top of the snow globe. I tied a bow using some white and red polka dot ribbon and placed it at the bottom of the snow bank. I stamped the Merry Christmas banner on the inside of the snow globe so it’ll be peeking through the snow globe. I hope you like this video and for full tutorial for this card, please check out my YouTube channel. Thank you so much and please subscribe for more inspirations and ideas. Thanks again, much Mahalo

Aloha Guys!
Today I just wanted to share with you this card I made using the Hero Arts Stamp set. It’s a phone so I put my sentiment on the inside to make it look like a text. This is a perfect image to make it into a shaker card. I loved how it came out. I made this card some time ago and I’m not sure if I posted this or not so I decide to post it. The background stamp is Stampin Ups Dictionary stamp, that I use often since it’s so versatile. I hope you like this card and please subscribe for more inspiration and ideas! Much Mahalo.

My First Video-Joann.com Haul

Error
This video doesn’t exist

This is my first video I made for YouTube!  I’m not quite sure on how to edit or upload great videos but I’m just posting it as best as I can.  I want to apologize in advance for my poor video quality.  I haven’t figured out why it uploads this way when it comes out clear in my iMovie.  Anyways,  I’m sharing my online purchases from joann.com.  I purchased some Hero Arts stamps, Hero Arts neon daubers and neon re-inkers, Tim Holtz distress glitters and stamp sets, Elizabeth microfine glitter, Scor tape, ect….  I’m really hoping I’ll be posting better videos soon!

Thank you!
