Today I’m trying to make my own DIY Watercolor pallet and some rambling, lol. This is a trial so there might be more in the future, lol. This is the Last video that I recorded before I hurt myself. I have been having so much fun with Deli Paper and it sucks that I can’t play with them more, lol. Deli Paper is Awesome!! This is like a Treasure for me because I had such a hard time getting a hold of these. LOVE THEM!! I’m playing with some acrylic paints as well as some diluted india ink. It’s been a Long time!! This is ANOTHER Pre-recorded video before I got hurt. I have one more video left, that was recorded while back and I’m trying to space them out so you guys don’t forget me, lol. 😉 I miss you guys sooooo much and I appreciate all of your comforting words!!
This is week 3 or 4 (I lost count) since I’ve been bed ridden and the Dr. says to expect at least 3 more weeks or more before I’ll be fully functional. Some days are better than others but and the pain just doesn’t seem to go away! Sucks Big Time!!! I try to keep myself occupied, when I’m able to but most of the time I’m watching Youtube videos, lol. I watched soooo many, I’m running out of things to watch, LOL. What do I do when I’m able to sit up for awhile?? I’ve been coloring in my coloring books, I’ve been trying to make prototypes of Mini abums and I’ve been coffee staining some paper, LOL. I’ve been watching many videos like I mentioned and one of the thing that intrigued me was Junk Journals!! I tried to put one together but it’s not easy to find vintage stuff here in Hawaii, especially since I can’t go anywhere. I’ve tried to order some online but they are not cheap, lol. It would defeat the purpose of a Junk journal if Im spending $100’s of dollars to buy vintage items….heeeheeeheee 😉 Soooooo, I’ve been doing a lot of coffee staining and since I don’t have the luxury to stand by the oven to bake them. I’ve been drying them page by page with my heat gun. Which takes FOREVER!! Lol, but I have lots of time so that’s what I’ve been up to lately. Someone also asked me for my address because they wanted to send me a get well card, that’s sooooo sweet 😉 Since I am unable to go downstairs when the mailman comes, I will leave my husbands work address instead. I forgot who asked me and I’m unable to find the message for some reason, I’ll just leave the address below. It’ll go directly to his office so it’s the fastest way and I’ll be sure to get it for sure. I know the mailman leaves mail in our mailbox but sometimes we have mail thieves. Pretty strange!! Why would you want someone else’s mail?? Anyways, that’s the scoop for now and I hope you enjoy this quick video. Love you guys and miss you guys soooo much!! Today I’m having some fun playing with my new Deli paper 🙂 Love them!!! I wanted to make my own collage tissue paper using some stamps and I really like how they turned out. Today I wanted to share my Happy Accident! Faux Gelli Printing using a Silicone Baking Mat. Yay!! I accidentally found this out and I’ve been having a blast 🙂 Happy Dance, LOL. I’m using a cheap thin silicone baking mat and I put a fun foam under it to give a little more cushion. I’m using some inexpensive craft paints with basically all junk mail and papers I normally throw away. I plan to use these in my Art journal since I found 2 ginormous boxes full of my older daughters text books and just books in general. We boxed them up to send it to Goodwill but forgot about it until now. Good thing I opened them up before taking them to Goodwill, it was like finding a gold mind, lol. Here I was purchasing books from Goodwill for $2.99-$4.99 when I was sitting on these huge boxes full of books. Yay for me 🙂
This technique is perfect to create some texture and added interest. I’m sure I’m not the first one to think of this but I sure had a blast!! I hope you find this helpful and give it a try if you ever wondered about Gelli printing 🙂

Today I have Part 3 of our Mini Album Series. I apologize in advance, we didn’t do much in this video 😦 It was just one of those days. We made 2 interactive pocket additions and it took me way too long, lol. Please watch first before making the first pocket, so you won’t have to make the same mistakes I did. Today I have an Altered Dictionary cover for you. I’ll be doing some journaling on this book, so I wanted to decorate it. This is a super old dictionary, about 2x my age, lol. I had to take the binding off and re-attach it with reinforcement, since it was basically falling apart. Since I haven’t altered anything in a long time, it took me twice as long to finish it, lol. I don’t have a full step by step for this, for that reason. It took me about 4 days to finish it. You’ll definitely be seeing more of this so don’t worry. Next time, I’ll film the entire process. Today I’m playing with Nail polish, not to paint my nails but using it to make my own embellishments. Choose Glittery and Solid colors to jazz up your die cuts. It’s really sparkly. I have tons and tons of polishes just sitting there collecting dust so why not use it up. I’m sure all os you have tons of polishes as well. So try it out and experiment, I like the way mine turned out. Let me know how yours look, I’ll love to see what you came up with.
