Aloha Guys! Today I have a Card for you using Brand New stamp set from Gerda Steiner Designs with The Papertemptress’s card stocks. I’ll also be sharing these new colored pencils that I purchased, which is called Uni Colored pencils made by Mitsubishi company. I’ll give you an overview on these products and my thoughts on them. Thank you so much for stopping by and I’ll see you back soon 🙂 Thanks.
Today I wanted to quickly share these New Tombow Recycled color pencils that Tupelo Designs LLC carries. Â They now carry many brands of colored pencils such as Spectrum Noir, Prismacolor Premier, Julie Netting, Tombow Recycled color pencil…etc. Â I’ve shared the other color pencils in many of my other videos but since these are New and I’ve never shared them, I’d thought I’d quickly share them today. Â More options for you to choose from. Â I used these New Stampendous Jumbo stamp set to demonstrate how these colors blend and to my surprise, I was extremely impressed. Â I’ve had these pencils in my stash but I’ve never used them so I’m actually trying them out with you guys for the first time. Â They carry 2 different sets, a 12 set and these 24 set. Â For these specific line of pencils, 24 is the full set. Â What makes these pencils different than other pencils is that it’s made out of Recycled Re-porposed trees, so very environmental. Â These are wax-based pencils made with Cedar wood and it’s a little denser than the soft cored Prismacolor premier pencils but they actually feel just as buttery as the Prismacolor pencils. Â They are Highly pigmented and an Artist quality but the price point on these pencils are pretty awesome!
I’m really not doing a full coloring tutorial but enough for you to see how easily they blend. Â Both Prismacolor pencils and the Spectrum Noir pencils are very high quality pencils but this is just another option you have. Â I really loved the consistency of these pencils and they don’t give a wax-bloom like some of the other wax based pencils. Â I hope you found this video helpful and hope you enjoy watching how these work.
I really appreciate all your wonderful support and if you have questions regarding a product or would like to see a Demo, please leave me a comment and I’ll try my best to get to them as soon as I can.  Thank you so much for stopping by and I’ll see you back soon.  Thanks again 🙂
Merry Christmas Everyone! I want to add my last Christmas card for 2015, using Gerda Steiner Designs Peekin Friends as well as card stocks from PaperTemptress. These Mica Metallic card stocks were used in many of the card sets I’ve made for Christmas gifts. It gives that perfect balance of elegance to the cards, with a Wow effect :). I hope you enjoy this video and I’ll see you guys back, after Christmas. Please check out Gerda Steiner Designs Blog as well as PaperTemptress’s Blog for more details regarding these cards. Thanks again 🙂
Today I want to share how to achieve depth using some inexpensive colored pencils. Â I’ll be using some Gerda Steiner Deisgns stamps, both rubber and photopolymer. Â I accidentally purchased some Reeves color pencils, thinking it was watercolor pencils. Â I threw away the packaging so I can’t return it. Â Since it can’t be returned, I decided to try them out. Â These pencils are not as pigmented as an artist quality pencils, creating more wax blooms than colors. Â In this case, you need to layer on multiple colors to achieve depth. Â You actually have to work a little harder to get the look of dimension. Â You can use a solvent, such as gambol but I like to do the blending with the pencils if I can. Â I hope you like this card and try this technique with your pencils. Â I thank you guys so much for stopping by and please subscribe, follow and leave me a comment. Â I always enjoy reading all the comments. Â Thanks again.
Today I’m sharing this Simple Halloween Post it Note holder for gift giving.  I’ve made these for my daughters Teachers and office staff members.  I’ve made these before in the past and I love this design because it’s a simple design.  I can mass produce them easily, and i love that. The stamp sets I used are from Gerda Steiner Designs, Monster party and Peeking pumpkin kitten.  Super cute!!  I can’t get enough of the Monster party, super adorable.  I love the versatility of Gerda’s stamps, you can mix and match to meet your needs.  I’ve also used the ribbons from Papertempress, both the Pull Bow ribbon and the sheer multi-color ribbons.  The Pull bow ribbon is Fantastic, because all you need to do is pull and you’ll get this pretty bow.  I’m not the best when it comes to making bows, so this is really convenient.  I colored the Monster using some Faber-Castell Metallic colored Ecopencils because these pencils are shimmery, yet opaque enough to color on top of the Orange Post it Notes.  It glides on the paper and the shimmer is Excellent, just the right amount.  I hope you like this video and please like, subscribe and follow for more inspirations and ideas.  Thanks again 🙂
Today I’m making a card for Tupelo Designs LLC.  I decided to use the Spectrum Noir Color pencils on Kraft Card stock using Your Next Stamps stamp called Perfect Chemistry.  I really love Your Next Stamp’s stamps, they carry variety of stamps for all your stamping needs.  What I love about their stamps the most, is their clever sentiments.  Today I decided to do some coloring using the Spectrum Noir’s color pencils on Kraft card stock.  Spectrum Noir carries 5 different sets of pencils, each having 24 pencils inside.  The sets come in Primary, Essentials, Nature, Marine, and Floral.  Tupelo Designs LLC carries all 5 sets.  I’m only using the Primary set today to color the light bulb from the Perfect Chemistry set.  I used the White Unicorn pigment ink to stamp the images and colored only the center light bulb.  I really like color pencils on Kraft and I really like the way this card turned out.  Something different and fun.  I hope you like this card and please subscribe and follow for more inspirations and ideas.  Thanks again 🙂
